Tracking alone is why you quit.
So don’t.
A macro tracker with your friends inside it. Log a meal and the people you lift with see it and hype it. Nobody ranks anybody, and going over your target turns the number grey, never red.
- Squads seat 8, join by link or code
- Friends cap at 50, no followers
- Log offline, it syncs when you are back
- 1M+ foods in search
One link fills the rest.

The loop
Log it. They see it. You come back tomorrow.
-
Log it
Seconds, not a form. Whatever you eat at this hour most days is already waiting for you.
-
They see it
It lands in your friends’ feed in the order it happened. Only the people you accepted see it, and anything you mark Private never leaves your own tracking.
-
You come back
Because someone noticed yesterday. Nothing here is ranked, nothing is scored, and nobody is measured against anybody else.
Your crew
You track with your squad. That’s the whole thing.
A squad seats eight. Your feed is the friends you accepted, fifty at most, and it reaches nobody past them. No strangers, no public wall, no follower count.
The squad tab is your people, not a scoreboard. You see each person’s own day and you hype them the moment they show up. Nobody’s numbers sit beside anybody else’s, and a quiet day never costs anyone their place.
One link brings your whole gym group in. Until they turn up you log solo, free, no crew required.
Sign in with Apple and a seat is yours. Logging is free, all of it. No card, no gotcha.
Nobody tracks alone. Nobody keeps score.
House rules
Three rules we don’t bend.
Cheers, not comments
Respect, fire, clean, strong lead the reactions, and you can throw any emoji your group chat would. What nobody can do is rate your day, rank it, or leave a comment under your lunch.
Over target is grey
Never red. There is no shame color anywhere in the app, and no leaderboard to slide down.
Private is per meal
Mark a meal Private and it stays in your own tracking. Not the feed, not the squad, not a total anybody else can see. Pick your default once and every meal starts there.
And the logging
Logging takes seconds too.
-
Scan it
Barcode to macros in about a second. Packaged food is the easy part.
-
Search it
1M+ foods, already in the database when you get there. Pick yours, set the portion you actually ate, and the math is done.
-
Relog it
Saved meals, plus what you usually eat around this hour, already lined up. The whole plate is in before your food cools.
Photos do not read your macros. Attach one and your squad sees the plate you actually ate; the numbers still come from the food you picked.
Get in before your gym does.
MacroSquad is on the App Store now. Logging is free, and your whole crew joins from one link.
