Your data
Export your data anytime from the app: Settings, then Account and data, then Export my data. Deleting your account is its own row in the same Settings section. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

Where do I get the app? On the App Store, for iPhone. The download is free and the home page has the link.
Android? Not in V1. iOS only to start.
How does logging work? Search the food database, scan a barcode, quick add what you know, or relog a saved meal or one of your usuals. You can edit any entry after it lands.
Do I have to pay? No. Logging is free forever: search, barcode, quick add, saved meals and relogging are never gated, and neither are your privacy controls, data export or account deletion. MacroSquad Premium is optional, $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year through your Apple ID. It adds adaptive targets with cut and bulk phases, your whole history past 90 days, meal ideas drawn from what you already eat, micronutrients and water, 20-seat squads instead of 8 in the squads you start, and comments and meal sharing on the feed. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your Apple device, under your name, then Subscriptions.
Does the app read my food photos? No. A photo you attach to a meal is there so your squad sees the plate; the macros come from the food you picked. There is no photo-to-macros reading in the app today.
